Prospects
This week we’re launching Lettings Screening question controls, giving you full control over which questions the AI asks during prospect qualification.- You can now configure which screening questions the AI asks prospects, using a new settings page under Settings → Lettings Screening.
- You can now toggle individual Preferences and Qualifications questions on or off to match your agency’s workflow.
Platform
- Fixed an issue where newly created prospect workflows were not being assigned to a property manager, causing escalations to fail silently.
- Fixed booking confirmation emails showing viewing times one hour behind the correct time due to a daylight saving time handling error.
- Fixed an issue where users were not receiving password reset emails.
- Improved the reliability of the AI work order write-back to Alto.
