Resident desk
- Tenants can now report lockout issues through the correct channel — lockouts are now routed to the resident desk rather than raising an unnecessary maintenance work order.
- Improved maintenance issue classification to reduce incorrect categories and hallucinated troubleshooting steps across several fault types.
- Prospecting conversation messages now feel more natural, with greetings used appropriately rather than on every single message.
- Fixed a bug where AI replies were not being generated for verified users across resident desk, maintenance, and compliance.
Prospects
- Screening now asks prospects for a breakdown of adults and children in their household, storing all three counts separately.
- Screening fields including move-in date, employment status, and adverse credit details are now stored as structured values rather than free text.
- Felicity now stops asking an unanswered screening question after two attempts, reducing repetition for prospects.
- Felicity now accepts a single clear answer from a prospect without asking them to clarify unless there is genuine ambiguity.
- Felicity no longer adds unnecessary confirmation phrases after every prospect answer, making screening conversations feel more natural.
- Fixed a bug where prospect chase follow-up messages stopped firing, leaving over 200 non-responsive prospects without any follow-up.
- Fixed a production issue where a viewing confirmation email sent the wrong property address to a prospect.
- Fixed a bug where lettings and sales flows failed to store collected prospect details or trigger escalation to your team.
- Updated the prospect detail page to display new move-in date categories and additional screening fields captured during conversations.
Maintenance
- Fixed a bug where AI replies were not being generated for verified users sending maintenance messages.
Compliance
- All compliance workflows now reference the correct certificate type dynamically, so the module works across gas safety, electrical, and any other certificate type.
- You can now see all documents associated with a compliance workflow in a single expandable panel, without needing to search through emails.
- Batched compliance workflows now display a meaningful default label (e.g. “March 2026 – Dean Rogers”) and can be renamed by your team.
- For properties where keys are held at the office, Felicity now skips access instructions and sends tenants a direct visit confirmation.
- The contractor company name now displays correctly in the compliance inbox assignment section.
- Access arrangement options are now structured and consistent across all compliance workflows.
Platform
- You can now sort table pages for maintenance, resident desk, lettings, and sales by newest or oldest first using a new sort dropdown.
- Added the ability to leave internal notes on prospect records.
- Fixed a critical performance issue that was causing dashboard pages to load 10–330 times slower or time out entirely.
- Fixed a bug where the Others inbox tab was not displaying all filtered messages.
- Fixed a crash affecting users with browser translation enabled when navigating the prospects sidebar.
