Prospects

  • Fixed an issue where prospect messages sent on the platform were not appearing in the chat, leaving conversations appearing blank.
  • Fixed prospect details — including address, contact info, and qualifications — not populating in the right-hand sidebar after a conversation.
  • Fixed a bug where prospects enquiring via email with only inline replies would show a blank message in the chat.
  • Improved property matching for prospects so that enquiries are reliably linked to the correct property in your portfolio.

Maintenance

  • Fixed an issue where WhatsApp maintenance messages from unverified contacts appeared in the sidebar but showed no conversation content in the main chat.
  • Fixed maintenance workflows disappearing from the conversation sidebar when a property had incomplete address information.

Platform

  • Fixed a bug where all portal enquiries (e.g. from OnTheMarket) were incorrectly grouped under a single contact record, causing Felicity to address new prospects by the wrong name.
  • Fixed an issue where messages to disabled modules (e.g. maintenance) were silently dropped instead of being routed to the Other inbox.
  • Fixed messages being incorrectly routed to an existing conversation when the top classifier result was a disabled module.
  • Fixed a bug where human escalation flags from a completed workflow could bleed into a new workflow, triggering a false handoff.
  • Fixed Felicity re-asking questions a prospect had already answered in an earlier conversation.
  • Fixed the lettings prospect table showing the wrong property address for unmatched enquiries.
  • Fixed the “Assigned To” dropdown in the inbox so that all team members — not just admins — are available to select.
  • Improved reliability of AI responses by adding automatic retries for connection errors on key processing calls.
  • When setting up a new office, suggested lead source emails for major portals (Rightmove, OnTheMarket, Zoopla) are now pre-populated to help prevent mis-routed enquiries.
