Prospects
- You can now edit or correct a prospect’s property address directly from the detail pane, with options to update the address manually or link it to an existing property and unit in your portfolio.
- Fixed an issue where a prospect’s property address was sometimes displayed incorrectly in the lettings detail view.
- Improved the verify property form to use searchable dropdowns for property category and country, making it easier to find and select the right options.
- Fixed an issue where escalated chats were appearing in the AI Handling column in Prospects > Lettings; these now appear only in the dedicated Escalated column.
Maintenance
- Fixed an issue where the AI escalation response was sent in a new thread instead of continuing within the original maintenance intake conversation.
Platform
- Compliance chat messages now update in real-time without requiring a manual refresh.
- Fixed an issue where compliance documents assigned to a contractor were incorrectly grouped as “Unassigned” in the Needs Action tab.
- Fixed an issue where batch certificate uploads could send mismatched documents and files, causing incorrect file-to-document mapping.
- Fixed an issue where the expiry date was not displaying correctly in the renewal details form.
- Fixed an issue where WhatsApp notifications were not being sent to contractors upon selection in the compliance workflow.
- The Compliance section has moved to sit directly below Maintenance in the sidebar navigation for easier access.
- Table functionality across the platform optimised.
- Structure of property and unit data made consistent across the platform.
- Improved overall platform performance by optimising how workflow data is loaded and retrieved.
