Resident desk
- Fixed an issue where the AI assistant incorrectly rejected valid future dates offered by contractors when scheduling visits.
- Fixed escalation emails sent to property managers that displayed “action_request” placeholder text instead of a proper call-to-action message.
- Improved the AI assistant so it no longer unnecessarily confirms back to residents the date they provided for a visit.
- The AI assistant now correctly escalates prospect screening conversations to a human agent when a user explicitly requests it.
- Improved the accuracy of the AI assistant’s ability to classify and route incoming conversations correctly.
Maintenance
- Fixed an issue where the automated post-visit follow-up message to contractors failed to trigger after a scheduled visit, halting the maintenance workflow.
- Fixed a bug in the contractor assignment dialog where pressing Escape or clicking outside the panel could close it mid-save.
Platform
- Compliance: You can now view and download certificates uploaded by contractors directly from the compliance detail view.
- Compliance: The compliance inbox now displays the property address as the primary identifier for each case, making it easier to find the right job.
- Compliance: Tenant details now appear at the top of the compliance detail pane, consistent with the maintenance layout.
- Compliance: The renewals table now sorts by expiry date, with the most urgent certificates appearing first.
- Compliance: “Visit Scheduled” jobs no longer appear under the Needs Action tab in the renewals table; they now appear under In Progress only.
- Compliance: The Renewals tab now appears before Inbox in the compliance navigation.

- Fixed a data sync issue where inactive properties were being retrieved instead of active ones.
- You can now search for units by postcode, street address, or property name in the unit search dropdown.
- Improved loading speed across workflow listing views.
