Resident desk
- Fixed a critical bug where enquiry emails were extracting the prospect’s home address instead of the property they were enquiring about, causing incorrect property matching.
- Improved the conversational flow so Felicity moves directly to the next question rather than repeating answers back, making interactions feel more natural.
- Improved message handling so enquiries that don’t match an active workflow are routed to the Other inbox rather than receiving an inappropriate AI response.
Maintenance
- Fixed a bug where inbound tenant messages in maintenance conversations were not appearing in the chat view in real time, despite the sidebar updating correctly.
Platform
Other inbox and message routing
- You can now see a badge count on the Other inbox tab showing the number of unreviewed items, making it easier to spot messages that need your attention.
- Improved spam detection in the Other inbox so that phishing and unsolicited marketing emails are separated from legitimate messages that simply don’t match an active module.
- Fixed a bug where messages routed to a disabled or unrecognised workflow were silently dropped, with no reply sent and no routing to the Other inbox.
User permissions
- You can now control each team member’s access at the feature level — setting them as Manager, User, or No access for Resident Desk, Maintenance, Compliance, and Prospects independently.
- You can now assign permissions when inviting a new member, with Admins receiving full access and Members receiving configurable per-feature access.
- You can now edit an existing member’s permissions and feature access directly from the team management page.
- Fixed a critical bug where users with no feature access landed on a blank page after logging in; they are now redirected to a safe fallback page.
- Fixed a bug where navigating to a blocked feature route could redirect to another blocked route, leaving the user on a blank page.
- Fixed several issues in the invite member dialog, including a raw validation error shown for the office field, missing email format validation, and a dropdown warning when selecting an office.
- Fixed an issue where contractor assignment buttons in maintenance were incorrectly hidden for users without compliance access.
- Fixed an issue where the Contractors and Prospects tabs on the contacts page were visible to users who did not have permission to view them.
Reliability and message handling
- Fixed a bug where a tenant could receive dozens of identical clarification emails due to an unlimited classification retry loop with no cap on attempts.
- Fixed a bug where messages sent to a no-reply address (such as automated Goodlord notifications) were receiving AI replies instead of being filtered out.
- Fixed a bug where the five messages sent to AI analysis endpoints were the oldest in a conversation rather than the most recent, causing valid follow-up messages to be incorrectly rejected.
- Fixed a bug where property matching in sales prospects failed to assign properties even when all three matching levels passed correctly.
- Fixed a bug where inactive properties were being fetched during data sync instead of active ones.
- Fixed a bug where a contact could be created as a prospect from an agency’s own internal forwarded emails, inflating prospect counts and triggering AI replies to internal messages.
- Improved reliability of AI calls by adding automatic retries for intermittent connection errors on guardrail, scope-check, and classifier requests.
UI refresh
- Improved the consistency and layout of tables and page containers in preparation for the upcoming interface redesign.
- Cleaned up the navigation sidebar by removing placeholder “coming soon” items and restoring the Admin and Superadmin navigation groups.
