Prospects
We’ve expanded the screening questions available during the lettings qualification flow.- You can now use declared annual income as a qualifying screening question when assessing prospective tenants.
- Improved the reliability of prospect screening logic, reducing edge-case failures during qualification.
Compliance
- Fixed compliance alerts so they trigger correctly to the property manager across all connected PMS integrations.
- Expanded compliance certificate coverage to include EPCs and Legionella risk assessments, now synced across MRI, Alto, and Street.
PMS
- Fixed work order sync to Alto so compliance-driven work orders no longer fail when the negotiator ID is not recognised by the Alto branch.
- Fixed the prospects write-back endpoint for Alto, Street, MRI, and Loop so prospect data is saved to the correct collections across all providers.
Platform
- Fixed an issue where one-time passcodes were not being accepted during account sign-up.
- Fixed an issue where password reset emails were not being delivered to users.
- Fixed a bug where outbound replies in prospect conversations were incorrectly copied to the assigned staff member’s email address instead of the prospect.
- Fixed an issue where legitimate inbound emails were being incorrectly identified as forwards, causing enquiry extraction to fail and workflows to stall.
- Fixed a bug where newly created workflows were not appearing in the workflow listing unless AI was enabled or a pending task existed.
- You can now take over or re-enable AI handling directly from the chat header across Maintenance, Resident desk, and Prospects.
- Improved the accuracy of the AI handling, needs attention, and completed workflow tab filters across all modules.
