In one minute
The Settings page is where you configure your personal account, your organisation details, and LightWork-specific options. Settings use a vertical navigation layout with sections for personal, AI assistant, and compliance configuration.Personal settings
Profile
- Name and contact details - update your name, email, and phone number.
- Profile photo - add or change your profile picture.
Security
- Password - change your account password.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) - enable or disable 2FA for your account. We recommend keeping this enabled.
Notifications
Configure how you receive notifications:- Email notifications - receive alerts for escalations, new messages, and system updates.
- In-app notifications - notifications within the LightWork dashboard.
- Notification frequency - choose between immediate alerts or periodic digests.
AI assistant settings
Configure how Felicity operates for your organisation:- Knowledge base settings - manage how Felicity uses and prioritises knowledge base articles.
- Escalation preferences - adjust when and how Felicity escalates conversations to your team.
Compliance settings
If you use the Compliance module:- Compliance check types - view which certificate types are tracked for your properties.
- Renewal reminders - configure how far in advance you are notified about expiring certificates.
Changes to compliance check types and categories are managed by the LightWork team. See Admin requests to request changes.
Organisation settings
Admins can manage organisation-level settings:- Organisation name and details - your company information as it appears in the platform.
- Channels - manage connected email addresses and WhatsApp numbers. See Channels.
- Team - invite members and manage permissions. See Team and permissions.
- Integrations - property management system connections. See Integrations.
