## Prospects

This week we're launching **Lettings Screening question controls**, giving you full control over which questions the AI asks during prospect qualification.

* You can now configure which screening questions the AI asks prospects, using a new settings page under Settings → Lettings Screening.
* You can now toggle individual **Preferences** and **Qualifications** questions on or off to match your agency's workflow.

## Platform

* Fixed an issue where newly created prospect workflows were not being assigned to a property manager, causing escalations to fail silently.
* Fixed booking confirmation emails showing viewing times one hour behind the correct time due to a daylight saving time handling error.
* Fixed an issue where users were not receiving password reset emails.
* Improved the reliability of the AI work order write-back to Alto.
