## Resident desk

* Fixed an issue where the AI assistant incorrectly rejected valid future dates offered by contractors when scheduling visits.
* Fixed escalation emails sent to property managers that displayed "action\_request" placeholder text instead of a proper call-to-action message.
* Improved the AI assistant so it no longer unnecessarily confirms back to residents the date they provided for a visit.
* The AI assistant now correctly escalates prospect screening conversations to a human agent when a user explicitly requests it.
* Improved the accuracy of the AI assistant's ability to classify and route incoming conversations correctly.

## Maintenance

* Fixed an issue where the automated post-visit follow-up message to contractors failed to trigger after a scheduled visit, halting the maintenance workflow.
* Fixed a bug in the contractor assignment dialog where pressing Escape or clicking outside the panel could close it mid-save.

## Platform

* **Compliance:** You can now view and download certificates uploaded by contractors directly from the compliance detail view.
* **Compliance:** The compliance inbox now displays the property address as the primary identifier for each case, making it easier to find the right job.
* **Compliance:** Tenant details now appear at the top of the compliance detail pane, consistent with the maintenance layout.
* **Compliance:** The renewals table now sorts by expiry date, with the most urgent certificates appearing first.
* **Compliance:** "Visit Scheduled" jobs no longer appear under the Needs Action tab in the renewals table; they now appear under In Progress only.
* **Compliance:** The Renewals tab now appears before Inbox in the compliance navigation.
* **Compliance:** Property and unit are now combined into a single column in the renewals table, matching the layout used elsewhere.
* **Compliance:** The Upload Certificates modal now presents fields in a more logical order: property, unit, certificate type, then expiry date.
* **Compliance:** Fixed a blank screen and flickering issue when searching within the compliance conversation screen.
* **Compliance:** Compliance inspection reminder messages now fire at the correct scheduled time rather than early.
* **Compliance:** Appointment confirmation messages now correctly include the access window, and the AI no longer confirms a visit is booked before scheduling is finalised.
* Fixed a bug where unverified users sending a follow-up message could trigger a duplicate conversation instead of continuing the existing one.
* Fixed an issue where the tab counts in the desk views (All, Escalated, AI Handling) did not match each other.
* Fixed a data sync issue where inactive properties were being retrieved instead of active ones.
* You can now search for units by postcode, street address, or property name in the unit search dropdown.
* Improved loading speed across workflow listing views.
