This changelog tracks weekly product updates to LightWork. Each entry summarises the user-facing changes shipped that week, grouped by module.

## How it works

Release notes are published weekly and cover all changes deployed to production since the previous entry. Updates are grouped by module:

* **Resident Desk** - tenant communication and inquiry handling
* **Prospects** - prospective tenant qualification and follow-ups
* **Maintenance** - issue intake and work order management
* **Platform** - integrations, settings, and infrastructure improvements

Internal-only changes (refactors, CI updates, test improvements) are excluded from this changelog.
